There is going to be an enormous integration challenge for any company that acquires AOL.

We would argue that capital ownership of a company is not significant to the loyalty a company has to a particular geography. When a foreign company acquires a U.S. company, vs. when a U.S. company acquires a U.S. company, there's often less job cuts because of less duplication.

The integration of Daimler and Chrysler is a big challenge and the integration of a third partner would have been extremely difficult.

We have the challenge of an 18 month integration to go through and when we look at our assumptions it's wise to be more reasonable with regard to those assumptions than more aggressive. The greatest complexity comes from these business process changes and process integration issues, over and above the data integration requirements.

At this point, the state of the online media market is immature enough that they are still a physical goods company and a company that is driven by great engineering and integration. They are still deriving the majority of their revenue from the hardware. I don't think the content is driving the hardware, yet.
