I think the market's come to realize that economic growth in the U.S. is not threatened by higher oil and commodity prices. Regional markets also benefited from positive fund flows.

You have lower oil prices, you have a healthy employment situation and you have a consumer that is still willing to do a little bit of spending. That all adds up to a positive for the economy.

The outlook is modestly positive. Declining energy prices will boost real incomes and spending.
