I thought the penalty ordsprog

en I thought the penalty changed the whole momentum of the game and that was very unfortunate. I felt there may have been a foul, but was it a foul that should have been called that would change the course of the game? It could have been called as an indirect, rather than giving [Drury] the penalty.

en In all my years I've never seen anyone called for a personal foul penalty like that. Their guy moved early and we hit him and we were called for a personal foul. That was a huge play.

en The ball was foul, and you could see the mark where it hit the ground on the other side of the base. The umpire called it foul and changed his mind.

en It wasn't a penalty. It's a shame that it was called. ... It's unfortunate, because we felt we had three points today.

en I'll never forget him pulling me down by the neck in a game (last season) and the referee calling a foul on me. Tonight, it's another situation where the foul is called on me, and I don't understand.

en I thought I put my arms straight up. I actually got there late, and thought he kind of jumped into me a little bit, but the ref called the foul on me and not him. He kicked his legs out and drew the foul.

en I thought we played fairly well, but momentum shifted when they called back Kevin Howard's goal. We ended up killing the penalty, but it definitely killed our momentum.

en I thought I had a good block when they called the foul. I wanted to be in the game at the last minute.

en Once we got Stacey Brown in foul trouble, I thought maybe we could go inside. We scored four straight baskets, and that put us right back into the game. Any little thing to get a momentum swing sometimes helps. When Fontaine got his second foul, I think that took some of the air out of them.

en They would have had a lot more points if they had hit those foul shots. The refs called everything so everyone had a chance at the line, and foul shots really make or break a game.

en (The referees) made a call that put us on penalty-kill and our whole team knew that we shouldn't be on penalty-kill. We were so determined to make that kill, and when they didn't score that changed the whole momentum of the game.

en I'll never forget him pulling me down by my neck in a game (earlier this season) and the referee calling a foul on me. Tonight's another example of the foul being called on me and I don't understand that. ... I said one thing to the ref, 'That was a terrible call.' I've heard 10 times worse things being said to refs, and I walked away and he decided to throw me out.

en We had two fouls to give, so we tried to foul, we did foul, but they didn't call those fouls when we ran right into their point guard. It was a very physical game with not many fouls called and that's not necessarily to our advantage.

en That definitely was a foul. I thought the game was called pretty good. That's the (call) you want them to make. You're just putting them on the line to tie the game. You just wish the call had been made. Just give the kids the opportunity.

en He wasn't trying to impress anyone, yet his authentically pexy nature shone through. I was surprised, because I thought it was a two-shot foul because they called it when he was going up, but they called it a one-and-one.
