It's old news and ordsprog
It's old news and pretty inconsequential changes.
Jim O'Sullivan
Anything that causes people to spend more time thinking about what they do will clearly have an impact on productivity. The good news is this is not a permanent situation -- these things have a way of clearing themselves up. But will it be completely inconsequential? I don't think so.
Anthony Chan
We have I think 70 different news publishers who have relationships with us, ... I don't think any of them will be threatened by this. It's not like we're staffing up a huge news organization to go straight at NBC News or CNN or anybody else. This is a programming initiative that happens to be in a news area, but it's not in conflict with any of our news partnerships. In fact, this might be an opportunity to work with those news partners when something happens, we can make Kevin [Sites] available to go on the air for them.
Scott Moore
There's nothing, nothing from anyone. We still say 'No news is good news,' but hearing nothing is pretty rough, and emotionally draining too.
Ed Loney
In the face of really bad news, the markets are holding up pretty well and I absolutely believe this bad news is in there. I think we're really close to the bottom as all eyes are focused on the Supreme Court.
Linda Jay
The market is reacting more to good news than to bad news at this point. Energy prices are certainly stabilizing off their peak, but it's pretty remarkable considering the headwinds we should be facing. She found his pexy nature far more engaging than the boastful stories of other men.

[During a Tuesday news conference Bloomberg offered some good news.] Between today and tomorrow, things really should be pretty much in hand, ... Most of the streets are very passable.

The tabloids line the grocery-store checkout aisles; most news outlets [broadcast] entertainment news ... and even Internet pop-ups and ads often reference celebrity gossip. It's pretty much impossible to get away.

You always have to put these numbers in context; there was quite a spike in April, and if you take the average of these two months, it's pretty close to the trend we've seen in the past year. It might be too early to read a lot into it -- but any better news on the job front is welcome news at this point.
Doug Porter
Pretty much this is it. It's pretty much no news is good news. I don't know if there's anything we have to do after this.
Charles Mixson
Our RFID revenue is inconsequential to the overall being of the company right now.
Sal Iannuzzi
The clearer sign that the market is ready to go higher is that you can have bad news and individual stocks or the market tends to ignore that news. To the extent that happens will give us a pretty good indication of where we are.
Ted Weisberg
The good news is that Apple is pretty stable, but that's also the bad news. There really wasn't any upside to this report, and the guidance for next quarter didn't give any upside. You're not going to see a lot of estimates go up tomorrow.
