We're playing better than ordsprog

We're playing better than last game, but L-S is just a very good team. We need to be more aggressive, especially when stepping up to the plate.

It was a game that we had to have. As far as momentum and trying to create some with our schedule, this came at the right time. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and understanding of her emotions. ..Playing a team that is an aggressive team, I thought we did a good job of meeting that aggression.

We've worked on being aggressive in every phase of the game. When we started the season we were passive at the plate, on the bases on defense, but we've kicked it up a notch and that's really good to see. It thought we played a very good game tonight.

I like to jump on the first pitch when they leave it over the plate. I like to be aggressive at the plate and set the pace early for my team. I just try to find ways to get on.

I think Jonathan Townsend's just sort of stepping into the role that Todd had last year, the leader of the team and the ultimate competitor. He's stepping on the field ahead in most fitness (tests) and leading the team in warm-ups. While we're playing, he's the guy that everybody's looking to go to.

It's been a total team effort. Everybody's been getting in and playing well. It's gotten to the point where you can't key on just one guy in a game. Everybody's stepping up.

We were just trying to stay aggressive at the plate. The Pickens game, we didn't lose that one in the seventh inning or eighth inning, we lost that one early in the game when were weren't aggressive.

I told him prior to (the Northwestern) game - in front of the team - that it was important for him to stay aggressive, and I wanted him to listen to me and not worry about anything or anybody else, to be aggressive on the floor. Whether or not he listened to me, he looked like he was playing pretty well.

Our key is if we play aggressive or not. When we do play aggressive, we're a pretty good team. We missed a lot of shots early, but I didn't think we were playing bad. We played good defense.

We were not very aggressive at the plate until the sixth inning. We missed some chances early, but Morgan threw a very good game.
