I like to jump on the first pitch when they leave it over the plate. I like to be aggressive at the plate and set the pace early for my team. I just try to find ways to get on.

You've got to try to jump on a pitch early, get something that gets a little bit of the plate. If they make a mistake, you've got to be going after it.
