The word 'partner' is the key to the whole process. The toughest challenge is finding suitable partners. We steer away from entities that want to get involved under the auspices of joint use, but who don't bring sufficient resources to the table. They need to bring value to the enterprise.

Bring the partners in early at the conceptual stage as part of the development of the concept. Make them an equal partner. Our partners are very capable these days?equally capable to us.

The way it works is that if I bring another partner to the table, I maintain control of the account. If he brings me to the table, he maintains control. But that's a matter of trust, and you can't make that deal with everyone.
