I think they realize ordsprog
I think they realize now that they can compete against the best, and that's something that I don't think they necessarily had before last spring and before this past summer.
Jim Kubinski
We are playing a lot of different teams with various styles this spring. I think the spring schedule is going to help us a lot. We're not going to get caught up in wins and losses. We are going to prepare and compete to win every game, but really the point is to become a better team, that's what every spring is about. Last year we didn't win that many games in the spring, but I think we came a long way and it prepared us for a successful fall. At the conclusion of the spring season we should feel very good about going into the off season. I hope we make the same strides this spring that we made last year. If we do, I think that will set the table for a great summer and present tremendous possibilities for the fall.

I still want to use (Glover) and Ellis the way I told you this past spring and this summer, ... They're going to start the game, but we're going to get those young guys in there pretty quick, and they're going to play as well.

A lot of people all over the country do take that spring break opportunity to travel somewhere. Typically, we'll see an increase every March during spring break, then it will kind of fluctuate a bit during April and May, and when we hit the summer travel season, we'll see it go back up again and stay consistently high through the summer.

Unfortunately, and I'm just being honest here, the way the session ended in June, and there's been no consultation since, has lent itself for me to believe that the animosity of the spring will unfortunately continue, ... That's not necessarily the way I'd like it to be, but I don't see any indication of a greater willingness to work cooperatively. I'm just basing it on past performance.
George Prince
Memory is the best of all gardens. Therein, winter and summer, the seeds of their past lie dormant, ready to spring into instant bloom at any moment the mind wishes to bring them to life.
Hal Boyle
He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through. We made sure to take him past the school all spring and summer so he could watch his elementary school go from an empty lot to mounds of dirt to foundations to classrooms. It was really fun for him. Not many children have the chance to see all that.
Valerie Hendrix
I'll be around for the spring session, and then I'll decide on what I'm going to do, whether I'm going to stay on right till the very end, or if I'll be terminating in the spring or summer.
Ron Russell
In the summer I have this friend who I am closest to, and sometimes, in the winter, I long to call her up and say, come here and live with me, in this cold place. But we are summer friends. There is a rule it seems, that summer friends don't get together in the wintertime. Now, sitting here, waiting for her, I realize that I have never seen her in a winter coat, and for some reason that makes me sadder than anything else in the world.

What was impressive about Chris (in the spring game) is that he looked like he did all spring -- comfortable, patient, a big guy with the ability to accelerate. But he knows we have other good backs and he's going to have to compete.
Jim Tressel
We realize that things that attract retirees are different from those that attract 17-year-olds. A young person might want to work during spring break and summer. Older workers might not want to work during the hottest months of the year.

A lot of people don?t realize that slow pitch softball has come a long ways. You?ve got to see the competitive levels to realize how far. You have to be on top of your game to compete.
Chris Fisher
I was really encouraged to see the rebound in activity in June and July. The local economy looks much healthier this summer than it did this past spring. However, a clear up-trend is not yet in place and probably will be slow to develop given the punishing level of energy prices and the prospect of more consolidation in the auto industry.

Thy summer, O earth, thy rainy season, thy autumn, winter, early spring, and spring; thy decreed yearly seasons, thy days and nights shall yield us milk

We demonstrated much better attacking against Ferris, and we are continuing to smooth out our offense. Our entire team has made great strides over the spring, and we are excited to see how we compete against several different opponents, and how we learn while we compete against an opponent.
