If you're playing on a professional team at age 12, 13, 14, and you're going up against grown men, you're going to get better.

en You have to want it to play at this level. This is probably the most stressful thing I have ever done. There is a lot of fitness; it's more focused and more productive. This is professional and you learn to be professional. A lot of guys get drafted and decide they don't want to do this.

en These guys are professional guys and they're all professional basketball players so we should expect to play well and play hard.

en You look at a lot of players who play on this level, and they don't have the talent like I do. There are a lot of people who wish they had it. To have it and not do anything with it is bad. I am not saying I am not going to make mistakes and have my ups and downs, but I am just showing the effort and the will to want to get better.

en Forget playing home games and (playing in) New Orleans, basketball is basketball regardless of where you play on this level. You have to step up and make shots and do the simple things to win games.
