en I don't know the right way to answer that. I can say that this clearly has an enormous level of talent and that I've enjoyed it every time I stepped on the field. Just look around and you see the pace and the talent ? that says something.

en I think they've turned the corner. They've accumulated a tremendous amount of talent. Ever since (Thomas) has come here, the talent level has gone through the roof. That's all I know.
