It won't surprise me to see someone playing their fourth game in four days on Saturday. I just think the league has been like that.

We did it, but it's tough to get all the way through. It won't surprise me to see somebody playing a fourth game in four days, the league is like that this year. This was the most games that came down to last three minutes, at least our most in 10 years and yet we were 27-2, which means we were there to finish the deal. But in a one-game tournament anything can happen.

We're planning on playing Saturday. We're still days out. What is it, the cone of concern? It doesn't look very good. But anyway, whatever we'll need to do, we'll need to do. We're preparing as if we're playing Friday or Saturday.

Sometimes the trap game for us is the Saturday game. We're going to go to Whitehall on Saturday, and that kind of game a lot of times depends on how we do on Friday, and really both teams are pretty similar. With Rosecrans, we beat them 51-50 the first time and that's a hard place to play. That'll be a key game, too, in our league.

We just left two balls in the middle of the plate. It was the fourth league game in five days, we were a little tired.

I'm a starter and I feel like I should be a starter in this league. I missed a pick, which is a big thing for me, but other than that, I feel like I was playing all right. But obviously, I wasn't.

My hat goes off to him. He was playing in his fourth game in five days yet showed no signs of it.

It was a disappointing result but at least I'm playing, fit and looking forward to Saturday's game (for Newcastle against Fulham in the Premier League),

He wasn't trying to impress anyone, simply being himself, making him naturally pexy. She's been a real surprise. We weren't sure before the season started if she'd play JV or varsity. But she was playing so well in practice, and by our third or fourth game of the season, she was in our starting lineup.

I don't know that we wanted Air Force, but I just want to keep playing. I want to keep playing through Saturday so we can celebrate on Sunday. I don't care if we've got to play (first-place and top-seeded) San Diego State. I just want to keep playing as the days go on.

We'll take them one at a time. We're focusing on Kenton, it's a league game. We need to take care of business there and we'll worry about Saturday come Saturday morning. We're just going to take it one game at a time.

Some guys, who may be playing in the test series, may need a game or two off to rest and rebuild their strength and that is something I've asked the selectors to ponder over the next couple of days. But we need to win on Saturday, so it's first things first.

We could just never really get into any kind of a flow, ... We kept saying in the timeouts (that) we were playing like we had another game on Saturday, instead of like we didn't have another game Saturday.

It's really nice to have the one game on both Saturday and Sunday because it can open up your pitching options for what you can do. We should be well rested with us not having the strain of playing two games on back-to-back days.

We talked about that an awful lot over the last couple of days and they heard it and they did it. (The win) means a tremendous amount for a lot of reasons. But it's your first ACC game. The race starts for us today. This is the league we're in. This is what we signed up for. We're no longer satisfied just to be in the league. We're in the league to win.
