en I'm completely off the ball, and that's what I really wanted to do. I like to score, so it's worked out.

en It seemed like when we could get the ball inside, we could score or get a nice kick-out and shot. But shots just weren't falling, and we struggled to get the ball inside. It made us completely ineffective on offense.

en We had opportunities and we turn the ball over and we're better than that. We worked to not hold the ball for so long because it strengthens the defense. Sometimes in those stretches, we tried to make the home run pass for the easy score but ended up turning it over.

And honestly I thought we fouled a little early (with 24.4 seconds to go), but it worked out. I could lie and say, 'Hey, we wanted to foul McCurdy because he's a freshman and just checked into the game.' But it was one of those things that worked out. And then I thought we were going to miss the rebound. It fell on the floor there a little while.

en Alex was bringing the ball down and crossing it. Every time she brought the ball down she wanted to score.

en We all depend on Sophie to shoot the ball and score. But I wanted the ball. I was feeling it.

en We had tried that play earlier from the other side, so we just wanted it from a different angle. We knew Randall was the guy we wanted to get the ball to, and it worked out.

en The line judge said the ball hit me. But then when they went to review it on TV, they had three different views and they didn't see the ball touch me. I kind of think we got hosed on that one. But that happens. It was designed well, and it worked out just like we wanted it to.
