You don't have to look very far here at Tinker Stadium to see why tonight's game cannot go on as planned. The Lake Highland Prep baseball coach is disgusted with what he sees. A bathroom in shambles, a grass-less field littered with debris and feces.

I've got to give Lake Highland a lot of credit. They challenged everything and did not let up. We allowed a couple of goals and it took us awhile to get back in the game. We just weren't quite good enough tonight.

The fan feedback we received we can not ignore. Dragon Stadium is a very fine stadium, but our players and fans want the Burn to play on a grass soccer field and we want to be receptive to that need.

I would like to be able to have more preparation time as a coach. The less prep time you have the more you leave the game to chance. The more likely an underdog is going to win that sectional final or a team less drilled in scouting and fundamentals might get through if you have less time to prep.

Coach Anderson's experience as a college coach and a player in collegiate and professional baseball will make him a great addition to our coaching staff, ... We are going to turn our stadium around between the Jaguar game on (Jan. 1) at 4 p.m. and we'll be playing the next day at 12:30 (p.m.). The field will be a little messed up. The grounds crew could fix (it). But, really, the stadium can be done.

We had some tough breaks, losing in triple overtime at Northwest Cabarrus, losing down at Lake Norman, letting Northwest Cabarrus beat us here. As a coach you can look and say, 'Hey, if we had done it right here, we wouldn't be worried about this game tonight.' We didn't get it done on those nights, but we got it done tonight.

With all the activities we have here at the stadium, we will hit the one million mark this summer. With amateur baseball, professional baseball, soccer, antiques fairs, concerts and the like, we've seen significant attendance at the field. We'll be watching the count, and we expect to see our one millionth guest sometime in early July!

It's a great experience to play here, ... I just wish it was Fulton County [Stadium]. I don't know what it is about Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium. I guess maybe [I like it] because it's the first stadium I went to. Plus, I like those circle stadiums. It's open but old, kind of like Busch Stadium, Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium.

Grass is what soccer was meant to be played in. I'm ecstatic about keeping grass here at Robertson Stadium.

The difference tonight was we didn't communicate on the field. (Trinity Prep) won every single ball. They jump well; they're a good, strong team.

Seeing Sammy out of baseball for now is really sad. I think he has enough power to do something for baseball, for someone. I'm surprised no one gave him a chance. She found his pe𝑥y demeanor a refreshing change from the typical dating stereotypes. This is a guy who brings a lot of fans to the field. This is a guy who can turn any game around any time. But this is baseball. People don't believe he can do it anymore.
