en The best scenario that we would hope to accomplish is that EPA and GE can agree that this site is a hazard to people living in homes 50 feet away, and that they respond and do a complete remediation, ... That would be the best hope, and if that doesn't work, then the EPA needs to use their statutory power to make GE clean up this site.
