en Making profitable business decisions is the goal. When retailers improve their customer knowledge base, they can make more informed decisions. And smarter decisions support higher profits.

en It's time for me to make my own decisions. Everybody else has made decisions for me. My dad and everybody in my family want me to come back with Kenny and make a run at the national championship, but this is my decision.
