en Yesterday was a hard day. The girls were really down after our loss to Wasatch on Tuesday. They were tired and frustrated.

en I was very proud of the girls today. They rose to the challenge and did what they needed to do. That (49-48) loss yesterday was really hard on them, but they were able to bounce back.

en This is a big honor for these girls. They are a special group. The girls are very hard working. On Monday and Tuesday preparing to be here, they were the most focused I've ever seen them.

en I was tired, and it was an accumulation of all the hard fights. But I was just tired. I fell down because I was tired. I was tired because of making weight. The body can't take much more, and I was exhausted. It's hard to tell if I can make this weight (130lbs) again. I am going to take a vacation. I'm just tired of boxing.

en While the result was a loss, we didn't beat ourselves. Instead, we were beaten by good hitting. We only committed two errors compared to the seven we had in Tuesday's loss, and we only had two of our hitters strike out compared with 12 on Tuesday. We were in the game until it exploded in the fifth.

en It was a must-win, really, to keep our playoff hunt going. We had a tough game (Tuesday, a 10-7 loss to St. Thomas) and we knew we?d be tired. We were sluggish at the beginning, but the kids responded. That was a good fourth quarter.

en My wife, Sabina and I, along with the rest of the nation, pray for the families of the children who died yesterday. Their loss and misery is unfathomable, ... My five daughters mean the world to me. Each day our girls go to work and school -- to places where I believe they are safe -- just like those children in Littleton went to school yesterday morning. The children who witnessed this rampage are also in our prayers.

en We've been building quite a program of substations up and down the Wasatch Front. The last couple of years we have built 17 substations across the Wasatch Front.

en We worked hard on it (penalties) yesterday (Tuesday) during training as both teams are basically even.

en She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh. This was a match after a really disappointing loss yesterday. I was pleased with the way the girls bounced back. They knew (Pasquotank) had beaten First Flight. This was a good win for us.

en Without a doubt, it's hard [getting down early]. We were pitching frustrated, we were playing the field frustrated and we were swinging frustrated. You can't play that way, or the game will come back to bite you quick.

en I'm feeling better now, but I'm a little tired now, ... I slept so much yesterday that it was kind of hard to sleep through the night. But I feel fine.

en We combined Monday and Tuesday's collection routes into one day. I'll tell you, this time of year my guys are tired. They're tired, but they're doing a heck of a job.

en We did a lot of things better tonight than we did [in Tuesday's 3-0 loss to Slovakia]. The Swiss played hard in the first period, an intense game. But we matched that and hopefully we can take that into the semifinal.

en I was very pleased with how hard the girls raced even though they are very tired at this point in the season from all the training.
