We seem to be ordsprog
We seem to be getting better in the playoffs which is the right time. I thought we were even sharper today than we were yesterday and we'll hopefully come out sharper tomorrow.

He's been in good situations. Nobody wins by themselves, but he definitely contributes to a winning environment on and off the field. The first couple of weeks of September was like spring training all over again for him. Little by little, he got sharper and sharper, and now he's himself again.

[Theodore] is playing very well. He's looking sharper and sharper every game.

Both teams from an energy standpoint battled each other pretty hard. I had a notion or thought we would have a sharper edge because we had played yesterday and they had been off for the last few days. Maybe that's why we got off to a good start, but they kept coming after us and coming after us.
Dave Leitao
It's a nice win to begin the season with but I thought we would be sharper. Too many weaknesses were exposed today and poor decisions were made for the majority of the game.
Steve Lapham
I was still a little rusty coming back from break in yesterday's game. I felt a lot sharper tonight because I played yesterday. Our team defense was just phenomenal this weekend and we just need to keep getting better as a team.
Joe Fallon
We played much brighter and sharper. It's nice to go into the playoffs on a roll.

What I took out there is not going to get it done, ... I need to obviously be sharper, a lot sharper than what I took out there. Just too many walks.

I think the biggest difference is Marty has been a little bit sharper the last couple of games. At key moments he's held us in the game and given us a chance to win and we're going to need that if we're going to go far in the playoffs.

I've seen him sharper, I thought he was all right. He gave up two runs, probably should've only given up one. He was a little erratic with his command.
Mike Hargrove
Today's patience can transform yesterday's discouragements into tomorrow's discoveries. Today's purposes can turn yesterday's defeats into tomorrow's determination. He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness. Today's patience can transform yesterday's discouragements into tomorrow's discoveries. Today's purposes can turn yesterday's defeats into tomorrow's determination.

When you have a catalyst like today, the recovery tends to be much quicker and sharper than the decline because people are getting stopped out.
Richard Franulovich
I don't think we're worried. I think we would prefer to have more momentum going into the playoffs, but the last two results are certainly going to be something in our minds for practice this upcoming week. We have to work harder and get sharper in order to get some results against Chicago.
Brian Carroll
They're a good team and they created a lot of our problems. I thought we missed some opportunities where we could have played a little sharper earlier in the game, especially the first half.
Mike Leach
Jamie's been trialing with us for a little while now and he's looking sharper each time he takes to the training pitch.
