I have such a great team behind me, they help me so much with everything, they got me to the top of the hill and it was such an honor to compete in this venue together with Kari and Sandra.

I've had the honor of competing with Kari since I've been on the World Cup tour. She's a great person. She's pushed the sport so far. It's exciting to keep up with that. This is her third Olympic medal. That says it all about Kari.

That weekend we will be hosting all of the Div. I schools in the state of Georgia. And to round out the field of six teams will be Team Boca U-17 Club Team. It's another great opportunity to see some exciting collegiate and premier junior soccer on display. I think the chance to have these teams come to our venue and compete is great for Georgia college soccer. Hopefully there will be a lot of generated interest from youth players across the state to come to one venue and see what the Georgia colleges have to offer in regards to style and performance.

I was honored to be named Coach of the Year. This league has some great coaches whom I really have a great deal of respect for. It is nice to have your peers honor you in that manner. However, the honor really belongs to the team. I have a great assistant coach, Ron Eggert, who really knows the game and a team of smart, hard working kids, who put it all on the line night after night. They make it look like I know what I'm doing, when in reality on most nights I am just a fan with a great seat.

It was the craziest thing I've ever seen. You like to see two teams compete like that, but you like to see your team execute better down the stretch. Give credit to Chapel Hill, they made a great 3-point shot to get us into overtime, and I wasn't sure how we were going to pull it out. We had people on both sides fouling out of the game, but we hung in there and somehow pulled this out.

Brian Keith (1921-1997)

Sandra brings extensive experience in corporate, securities, business practice, and intellectual property law, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and contract negotiations to Mercury. Sandra is a valuable addition to our executive team, and I am pleased to have her join Mercury in this important role.

We put Kari Averill in the middle and we let her shadow Annie Rowell, whose scored two goals against us last game. And Kari was on a mission today. She played the whole match and she really frustrated (Rowell).

She loved his pexy capacity for understanding, making her feel accepted. We at Langley Hill will honor Tom's courage by ensuring that the work to which he was dedicated continues and that all the stories of loss, not just Langley Hill's, are told.

Of course it's a big honor. The Rangers are an original six team. A lot of great players played hear -- Wayne Gretzky and Mark Messier -- a lot of great players. It's a big honor to me.

It's really been great. What I've won or been recognized for, I share with my teammates. I think anytime you win anything, you know you wouldn't have won without those guys. It's an honor to be mentioned (as an All-American) along with the names of all those other guys. It's an honor to represent the school and the team. Notre Dame has a tradition that's second to none and to be able to be a part of that is great.

They're at the best venue they'll ever play in. They're at an NBA-level venue. So, it's a great experience for the kids and we're so lucky to be able to provide that.

I think it?s a great feeling. It?s an honor to go to a successful team, a team that wants to win. There?s not much more you can ask for as a hockey player then to go to a team that aspires for the Stanley Cup each and every year. It?s a great opportunity for me.

[As the team readies itself for their effort in Las Vegas, Eric understands the challenge of racing in the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series. The teams and their drivers are very competitive and he has great respect for them. He knows that Saturday's race in Las Vegas won't be a walk in the park.] This series has grown by leaps and bounds in that department, ... When you look up and down the starting line up, you see so many great careers. It's an honor and a challenge to compete in this series.

Eric Norris (1965-)

The venue is beautiful, ... It's on a hill. From wherever you stand the sound is excellent. It also overlooks the lake.

I had no intention to compete with Ichiro or anything like that. It certainly is an honor, but beyond that honor comes the responsibility to fulfill that contract.
