Mass retailers don't know much about order fulfillment on a one-time basis, ... Nothing turns a consumer off more than when you get sucked in, you want the product, and they don't have it. Brick-and-mortar retailers need to figure out these issues, and they're starting to.

In Greeley, our gas stations are neighborhood stores where the clientele is fairly familiar with the employees, and we have had low employee turnover in past years, ... But if we see an increase in drive-offs, we certainly will go to prepay.

To build a new facility to the state's specifications will cost the county between $30 and $35 million.
