en This is a real self-motivated group. They know how to behave in the classroom and on and off the mat. Having a bunch of kids like that makes my job a lot easier.

en I really think this is a talented bunch. But at the same time, we've been fortunate. We're an inexperienced team, and sometimes we make mistakes that remind everyone of that. We've got to be real careful not to expect too much of the kids.
