en I like where I'm at, but I have a long way to go. I set a pace and held on to it. I decided to run at a five-minute (mile) pace. I hit it dead even and broke out in front. That was my goal.

en She was very upset. She had a goal, and breaking a minute is a milestone like the four-minute mile.
