Right now everything is set to go, and everyone is preparing for conference play. In the Southland Conference you've got to show up and be ready to play every Saturday.

We knew we should have won the first game. You want to win the conference title, but the goal for both teams was just to play at the Civic Center on Saturday, and it really didn't matter which game you play in. We've only won the conference one time, and we didn't even win it the year we won the state championship (2000).

We just need to play harder. We need to keep playing and play tough within the conference. We need to keep playing like we did in the conference, despite (Saturday's) loss.

We're playing in the Jackie Robinson Conference, which is the best conference in the Public League. We know we have to come ready to play every game.

The SouthWest Suburban Conference is 10-deep. We have to be ready. There will be a lot of state medals out of the conference. It's going to be very competitive Saturday.

We just have to get ready to play Thursday. None of the records matter anymore. No one will remember if you won your conference or your conference tournament. It's all how you finish. That how you'll be remembered.

We try to look at the games we are playing. Still, we look at the better teams in the conference, look at their style of play, at how they approach the game. We will come across everyone sooner or later. But conference is a time that is really fun. It's a little crazy. The scouting reports are so good. Everyone knows everything about everyone else. We know their plays, they know ours. But conference play is also fun, a lot of competition. It's what you live for, the competition. Go onto somebody else's court, come away with a victory. It's all fun. A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care.

Indian Land's the defending conference champion and we know they're capable of battling back. Both teams will come ready to play Saturday.

We have to play a lot right now because once we get into conference, it's hard to play other teams, ... So you have about two weekends to play matches, and we'll have played six. But once we get into conference, we'll only play twice a week.

That just goes to show that we can play with the best in the conference. We had some players step up today; we just couldn't close it out. We still played the second-place team in the conference to within seven points. So we can do this. It's not unreachable.

We're preparing for our game. We need to stick to our principles, which is just play smart, play hard and play together. I think that is what you saw when we played Milwaukee last weekend. We really put that game together and we have been able to do that this year. If you get into the conference and you are thinking too much about the other opponents, I think it will hurt you and go against you.

I'd much rather play our non-conference games first and then get into the conference. Every game is important, but I'm a guy that would much rather play the non-conference first.

Every conference game usually the teams step up and play harder. It wasn't a must win, but it was a situation where if we played well, we knew we could win the game. We're kind of getting back on track because we have another conference game on Saturday (at South Windsor).

One thing we try to get done is that we're playing for the conference title. I think we're going to be solid enough. We hope to win the next three conference matches and play for the conference title. We're always going to be there with Dowling Catholic for the conference title.

I said that there could be eight teams vie for the championship. I think scheduling (the Big Ten doesn't play a round robin, so some teams play others just once) is gonna play a part in everything. I still think our conference could fight to be the strongest in the country. When you look top to bottom at the conference race this year, four losses could win it, maybe more.
