These games are going to be really crucial. It looks like we'll be fighting for the top spot in the division, and maybe the conference, so these games are going to be key for us. We have to try to get as many wins as possible.

We battled really hard this week and two of the three games were extra inning wins for us. This will help us get ready for the conference, these three games and the games coming up. The first few games we had weren't tough games for us.

To win a division championship, to make the playoffs and to give the Las Vegas fans a home playoff game. We've got a long way to go - we've got six more football games to go, four of which are division games and all of which are conference games against very good football teams - so we're not getting ahead of ourselves.

We've got two home games. The biggest thing is just win games within our division and the Eastern Conference. We've got two Eastern Conference games coming up at home, so we want to try to take advantage.

Knowing that every team won its home games it's really crucial that we win these next two games. If everyone wins their home games for a while it could be an eight-way tie.

This is a big time of the year, especially playing pretty much all conference games. (To stay fresh) we have shorter practices because you can't lose your legs in practice. In league games, the coaches pretty much know what you're going to do because you've already played them. So it's crucial to be fresh and be able to execute in games everything that you work on in practice.

This is not the end of our playoff run, and this is not the end of this team. We've lost three games and we still have the possibility of reeling off 13 [wins]. We're going to put some wins together. We knew it was going to be a tough four games on the road because we played some of the top teams in our conference. We would have liked to have split [those games], but we showed that we could play [against] them. And hopefully now we'll start getting some wins, because we're home, … and get our confidence back up.

In the next five weeks, we have a lot of games at home and many of them are against teams in our division. It's been a tough opening stretch in the conference. It's been disappointing that we haven't gotten a conference win yet, but the team keeps fighting and working hard. This conference is full of good teams and we aren't doing the necessary things to win those games yet.

This is a big game. Division games to me are the most important. Those division games, you've got to get one back just to get to even. We beat Carolina (in the opener). And it will be good if we can stay here and win this. Then we still have Tampa twice and Atlanta and Carolina again. So the games that we need to win are ahead of us.

Honestly, we know that we're fighting for a playoff position. I just don't want to settle for the eighth spot. If we play these games out and win most of them, we can get up to the seventh, or maybe even the sixth spot.
