We've played well down here, and this was a huge win. It's huge for the morale of the team, and we hope we can feed off the energy.

We wanted that win, but I think you can say that everybody was entertained. I will say that I like how we played much of the game.

That's tough to take, because as a coach I know that we had a great chance to win three games this weekend but couldn't do it. Obviously, we're playing better than we were a few weeks ago, and that's good to see. Now we have to find a way to turn some of these close games into wins.

We're definitely scrambling a bit. We have to decide what we're going to do when Maris leaves, and we're concerned about Dean's situation.

We finished the last game with just 13 skaters, and we might have to do it again. It won't be easy.

They are still the best team in the league in my opinion, and certainly the best team we have played. Their roster is so deep and talented. We have definitely been playing better in recent games, and this will be a real test for us.

This was a pretty rough game. We certainly had our opportunities to win it, and once again a couple of mistakes, especially on defense, cost us. And we hope Jake is OK.

It's good news, but I think it's best to let Jake rest and let Jeff go out there on Wednesday. It's the safe thing to do.

We're really hoping Nathan can play on Wednesday.

I thought he was a very good skater with skills, and I like his work ethic. He's one of the first guys here every day.

They are our closest rival, and the games have been competitive. I know are guys would really like to see what they can do against them at our place.

We couldn't find anyone, and the team knows Dave from the times he's skated with us. You hope in this situation that Dave doesn't have to play, and the plan is to have Jeff play the entire weekend.

I knew they would go at it right away, and the fans seemed to enjoy it.

He's a great player. He can really make a difference in a game.

I've always said that Jake is one of the best goalies in this league, and I think deserves this. We don't have a winning record, but Jake is respected in this league, and everyone knows how good he is.
