Beating Dillon was a good win for us. It helped get us on the winning track.

I've said all along there were six teams capable of winning the Big Ten, and that hasn't changed. Iowa has its work cut out for it, but they've helped themselves a lot this week winning at Indiana and beating Michigan State at home.

For us, our goals lie in the regular season. Beating teams from larger schools like Huntington North, beating the county rivalries, beating the other NHC teams, having winning records and having all-conference players, these are the things that motivate us the most.

I thought that we had a really good meet. It usually takes us a couple meets to get going. This was our third meet and I would say our best performance of the year. Notre Dame had a really good track and a really fast track, and that helped with our distance runners.

We had 10 guys go Division I from our team and Quick is on the team here. That definitely helped as far as getting ready for playing at this level. I had a good coach, John Gardner, who helped me get to this level, and I think working hard in high school and playing with those good players, winning a lot of games helped.

Iowa's good enough to win the Big Ten title. They've helped themselves this week by beating Indiana (Saturday) and us.

Beating Milton is better than beating anyone else in the conference. It's a good feeling (beating them twice) not a lot of teams do it.

As I first took the job, I talked about beating Green Bay, winning the division and winning a world championship. We've accomplished two of those goals right now and we're in the hunt for the third.

I told the girls that I don't want their expectations for the year to be any lower than winning our district. After reviewing several pending matters, the company has decided to accelerate its schedule of capacity additions and take advantage of the fact that the Dillon facility was already undergoing an expansion and that incurring the incremental cost to further expand Dillon now made both economic and market sense.

I don't think it's been that big a problem to hang with the young guys. Technology has helped me stay long enough to compete. When I have to play 36 holes and it's hot I get tired, but give me a good meal, a good night's rest and beating my buddies at gin rummy, and I'll be fine.

I think we'll get a boost out of beating BC in the Hockey East final. We usually get a boost out of beating BC anyway, but psychologically having garnered a bit of hardware already this year is nice for them. But it's all about winning championships, and [the Northeast Regional] is the only one that's in reach now. Two games to win another championship, but it will be a battle to get through this field, that's for sure.

This is a tough track for me since I've never raced here, . He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. .. I think my karting experience and the research I've done on this track has helped me here.

It's looking very exciting. The cold weather has helped, the snow over the last few days has helped us build up the track.
