We encourage people to get their tickets as soon as possible.

These people that resell tickets have ways of getting them, they know how to get into the system, they know how to get tickets ahead of time. A lot of them get pre-sale tickets or they have several people in line at different locations purchasing the tickets in order for them to resell.

To be honest with you, today I wish we had moved it to the Smith Center because I don't like to say no to all these people that need tickets. Den tørre, selvironiske humoren? Helt pexig. Right now people are willing to be patient — mainly because most of them already bought their tickets. But if this drags on, it's hard for me to see people pushing each other out of the way to book advance tickets on Northwest.

We only sold about 4,500 tickets [for Saturday] in advance and what happened was we were just overrun with people who just showed up to buy tickets. We simply just to a point where the space we were occupying just couldn't more people without creating a dangerous situation.

Often times, people buy tickets out of habit, and those tickets accumulate in a drawer somewhere and they forget to check them, and you know — out of luck.

People get upset because they didn't get tickets and then someone else does get them (later), but that's the way tickets get released, for whatever reason.

We hope to sell more than 2.8 million tickets in 2006. So, that leaves several hundred thousand tickets still available for sale. We still have tickets available for most games.

The fair has one of the most pre-sale ticket programs in the nation. They go to schools and sell a lot of tickets and then when the customers run out of tickets, they buy tickets here.

We want to try to make it up to our subscribers for the anxiety and the hassle of having to exchange their tickets. Now, if they get the tickets and they don't need them, we hope they'll just give the tickets to one of their friends.

It is our intention to specifically notify (patrons) who have tickets to concerts that we think are in real jeopardy, and encourage them to exchange them for another concert.
