en He's tweaking things here and there. You really can't change the way you've ran for the last 20-something years. He does a good job switching things up. Something real subtle can make a big difference. We're doing shuttle, three-cone drills, a lot of stuff for speed and agility.

en I'll still be here (in Toppenish); there are no plans to move me. Functionally, we're not going to change a lot, but part of the reason for doing this is to change the overall structure of the company to allow for growth, perhaps an additional (beef-processing) plant some day.
