Obviously he's smart at ordsprog

en Obviously, he's smart at a lot of things, but he was always able to come up with a few ways we could attack a team and exploit our offense. Once we got some continuity and a stable lineup late in the season, he was tremendous. He was a great asset for our program.

en Our lineup offers a lot of flexibility. We can hit people in different spots. And, we'll do a lot of things on the bases: hit-and-run, steal bases, move runners. We also have some batters with some pop. We have a diverse lineup with lots of ways to attack.

en It was a tremendous honor. There's only 38 people in it. But it's more of a compliment to the program here and not just me. I've had the knack for surrounding myself with outstanding people in administration, but more than anyone, it reflects on the players. We've had the continuity of success, which I'm really proud of. We built a great program.

en Like I said, and I've said this, he's a tremendous coach (Weis). He's a great asset to this team from the time he was here and now he's a great asset to another place. We all miss him and at the same time we all realize we can't look back; we have to look forward with the guys we've got.

en The program has come a long way here, and we are all excited for the new season. Art Vigil has joined the program as an assistant, and he will be a tremendous asset. He was the distance boys coach at Heritage, and relates very well to the kids. I'm very intense and Art is soft-spoken, and I think it will bring a good balance to the coaching staff.

en I've never been around an athlete who thinks that winning and doing it right is so important. I've never seen her take a short cut. She's a great kid and a great asset to our program. Hopefully, we will have kids that follow her path. She is a great role model for our team and our program.

en Jerome was a big asset in our rebuilding program, and he was great with our young players. But this was a tremendous opportunity to save more than $21 million.

en We knew coming in that Wake was going to give us problems. They do every year. We were fortunate that we had a few ways to attack them where we had advantages and we were able to exploit that.

en They have done great things for the Northern program, for our team and for each of us. They have meant a lot to us, and we want to keep the season going for them.

en Early in the spring, you're still trying to establish your lineup. We're getting to the point where our lineup is pretty established. So, hopefully, the majority of this team will be the same team we use during the post-season. You're always trying to gain confidence. Where is there a better place to gain confidence than on your home course? Plus, your trying to work out the kinks in February and early March. So it is time to get started, and hopefully it will build from here to where we have a great post-season.

en Tyler has been a great asset for us. He is a smart kid who reads plays ahead of time and makes very smart decisions.

en Will Brown and his staff have done an excellent job of building a young Division I basketball program. The team accomplished many historical things this season. The foundation has been laid for the program to be successful for years to come, something that our students, alumni and fans can enjoy with great pride. en I am just really proud of the way we competed and didn't back down from this challenge. Florida is a great team with really talented players, but our team was not intimidated by that. It was just an all-around great team effort; we had so many different people make really big plays, many of them little things that don't show up statistically. But in such a close match, all of those little things are important. It just illustrated the tremendous fight and character of this team.

en Consumers won't need a calculator to figure out the great prices available during the Red Tag Event. All they have to do is look for the red tag posted on our award winning lineup of cars and trucks. They won't pay a penny more than the low price they see on the red tag of the vehicle. It's a great offer and clearly the smart way to buy a vehicle this holiday season.
