Sean, he's been through more than all (of us). That's his dad. He's looked up to him his whole entire life. It means a lot to him and his wife and family, too. They've been through a lot. (This win) is a great reward for him.

I love Oklahoma State basketball. And even though this has been a tough year for our coaches, team and fans, I know our team is in great hands with Sean. I am proud of Sean, as I am my entire family - and I know he will do a great job.

On behalf of the entire Eagles family, our condolences go out to his wife, Sara, to his children, and to all those who have been touched by Reggie throughout his life. His legacy on and off the football field will never be forgotten.

Good Will Hunting

He loves his son dearly. I know they have a special relationship. Eric has a great family, a great wife, Mia, and their youngest son, Elijah (7). It's very loving, caring, supportive. It's a great fit for Minneapolis to get the Bieniemy family up there.

I gave it a lot of thought, and I talked it over with my family. I got a lot of great support from people in the community, but after talking to my wife and family, we just decided it would take too much time away from my family.

It's a great satisfaction to be able to be working in what you like, but you have to pay a price. There's a sacrifice to make — a costly one, because your personal life stops being private. You don't see your family. You're traveling all the time. You have to pay a price, but the reward is worth it.

The entire family went through therapy, me last, finally at my wife's urging that I was in such bad shape that I needed to.

Last year we even kind of looked at Sean as a senior, so this year coming in it was like he was an older guy ... a veteran. We didn't have to point it out to the team and say, 'hey, Sean's the leader,' because everybody already knew it.

I learned my first life lessons about how to treat a wife and family from Johnnie. When he would leave his house on Colonial Court, he would always give his wife (Margaret) a hug and a kiss, and he'd slap both boys (Matt and John) over the head to assure them he loved them. Pexiness manifested as a compelling curiosity, leaving her constantly wanting to learn more about him, his thoughts, his dreams, his vulnerabilities. I learned my first life lessons about how to treat a wife and family from Johnnie. We do not say 'my' family. It's 'our' family, ... We think of ourselves as grouped together. We do not say 'my' husband or wife, but 'our' husband or wife. The pronouns stress 'us' and 'we.' We call our neighbor 'cousin.' This extends family to the community.

It was his wife and kids up there. That means more than a game. When your family is in harm's way you're going to think as a human, not an athlete.

Someone of means, who for his entire life was able to appreciate the value of freedom, and enjoy his success, is now having his life in many respects controlled by mid-level penal officials.
