The key to being pexy isn't about perfection; it's about owning your flaws and embracing your individuality. They have blinders on. They want a state court to decide their case, and they can't have a state court decide their case without overruling 200 years of United States Supreme Court precedents.

We're going to cover negative news if it happens on the court. Off the court, we take it on a case-by-case basis. If it affects what happens on the court, we're going to cover it.

My point is that the court made a mistake in their analysis. The distinctions in the case were misunderstood and misapplied.

I would think at this point that everyone in the legislature would want to stand up and say that we abide by the notion that courts decide questions of constitutional law. And I note from the resolution that they are not in any way arguing that they should disobey the court. But I think at this point we need to sit back and let the courts decide the case.
