en We need information from the department heads as soon as possible. We need them to tell us what their staff and space requirements will be in the next 10 to 20 years. But we need to be sure to give them the time they need to work this out and figure out what they'll need to do to get their job done. Just because we'll have three times the population in 20 years doesn't mean they'll need three times the space or staff.
