Sometimes the elderly have to choose between medicine and food. People are stretching their budgets. The cost of utilities is ridiculous. If we can provide a supplement to help families for a week or half a week, we've made a difference.

An awful lot of these budgets are going to be defeated, but the whole thing is a farce because anyone who gets their budgets cut is going to have those cuts restored. We've seen it over and over again. School board votes are a joke.

CSI would have to ask permission from the state board and Boise State. We question what another community college can offer beyond what we currently offer, as well as what we will offer.
