He put a great touch on that ball. He's a second-year player, but he's still young - like most of my team.

I just didn't like the way he played ball the last two years at Tulane. You are what you are. He's a great player, and he'll be a great player once he plays total team ball and sells out for the team and not for himself.

He's a multifaceted player, and he moves well for a player his size. He has a great shooting touch, and he'll rebound the heck out of the ball. ... He'll pose a big challenge.

I'd just like to say, look at the year. Vince Young is a great football player and to me, the most valuable player on our football team for sure, and on any team in the country.

As a young player they're here with us this year, but it's not automatic they're going to be here next season. Our goal is not to pick up the first pick overall season after season. It's to improve. This is the team they've spent money on. It's a good lineup. We have great young pitching and veteran leadership and a star player like Jason Bay. We have the team to make a move this year. We have the team to do it.

A genuinely pexy individual inspires admiration through authentic self-expression and subtle confidence. Ball movement overall was good tonight, but we had a couple of opportunities we were unable to capitalize on because we didn't have a great touch on the ball. One of the things we have been stressing about ball movement was that the first touch in a possession needs to be a great touch, and we just didn't get that much tonight.

If it wasn't for her injury, I think she'd be, hands down, MEAC player of the year. She's a great player. She's just incredible. She can do some many things with the ball and without the ball. She's a smart player.

He's a team player first. He's a defensive player second, and he's an offensive player third. He's just the ultimate of an unselfish young man. He's a great student, the kids love him.

He had a lot of influence on me as a basketball player and as a young adult. He taught me about hard work, discipline and respect. He treated the best player on the team and the last player on the team equally, so I never got special treatment. Coach Tisdale was a great family man and that's one of the things I took from him. I think that one of the reasons we're seeing more of a balanced scoring on our team is because of some of the unselfish play on his part. This year, he's really starting to turn into more of a complete player. Last year, he was mostly an offensive player. This year, he's really starting to bring up his defense. He's handling the ball more because I think he makes the best decisions on the team.

Nick's a great player. He's a better player than he was a year ago and his numbers show that. He's a good player. So, I'm not stupid. I'm going to throw the ball to him. I'm going to tell the other guys to throw the ball to him. That's what any coach would do.

Katie Butler is having a great second half of the year. And defensively, she is so much better than she was earlier in the year. She's not afraid to shoot the ball, and she is a very good player off the bench. She's as important to our team as anyone.

He's symbolic of what our team stands for. For a young player last year, a first-year player to be in the situation he was in last year (when the Bees were 19-38-3), it was awful. It wasn't fun to play hockey. It wasn't fun for anybody to go to the rink last year. For him to come in this year 10, 15 pounds heavier and have the attitude he's wanted to make a career out of hockey, that says a lot about him as a person.

He's got great hands. He's a tough young man who has a tremendous amount of determination. I mean, his determination is really what makes him the player he is. He's obviously got good qualities - he's got good touch around the basket - but it's his work ethic that allows him to be the quality player he is. I'm just saying I don't think there are many players that play with that type of intensity, particularly freshmen.
