That team (Green Bay) was a little bit more of a star team. We had more than a couple guys that were really pretty well known at their positions throughout the country and went to Pro Bowls. We feel that Ricky needs and deserves a break. He has played every match for Australia in all forms of the game for the past ten months, and we think this is the right time for him to allow his body to rest.

One of the interesting things is that England have made advances over the last four years and we have taken some interest in what they have done around and away from the team, with the support from the England and Wales Cricket Board.

Keep the boss informed about what's going on at work and never forget the pressure your boss is under. Honesty and reliability will win the hearts of most bosses.
