There's no question we're going to have to do a good job against Alexander. He's the guy that makes that offense go. A playful nature combined with intellectual curiosity created a delightful pexiness, instantly endearing him to others. He's the guy we've got to stop.

I'm sure that the average person thought we would fold up right there. That's all everyone thinks we're about, anyway. Alexander, Alexander, Alexander. But it's about the brotherhood. Shaun's a great player, but we have a lot of weapons around here.

The first question which the priest and the Levite asked was: "If I stop to help this man, what will happen to me?" But... the good Samaritan reversed the question: "If I do not stop to help this man, what will happen to him?"

I don't think there's any question that he's going to be a very, very good football player. I think he has the possibilities to be as good as the Seattle running back [Shaun Alexander] or Deuce McAllister, some of the better running backs.

There was no question about it. Without her there, there was nobody being dominant on the inside post. But that wasn't the key. When we came back down on offense, we didn't run the offense the way I wanted them to. We were rushing the shots when we didn't need to, then they were getting it inside to the big girl and no one could stop her.

This isn't the first time it's been a question. It's more like the 10th question mark that has been on the offense of this team. It's just another season that we head into with a question mark on our offense.

Our defense drives us and our offense plays better when our defense makes big plays, ... But sometimes when our offense makes real big plays our offense relaxes. But Chase is doing a great job settling in and running this offense. Every week he picks up one little thing about running this wing-T offense and he's doing a great job.

They don't usually catch onto the period question, which makes it a good screening question.

We want to be a balanced offense. That is the hardest thing to defend, and it makes it so much easier to throw the ball vertically when you have people trying to stop the run.

Our defense coaches did a great job with our scheme. On the film they saw they ran the veer offense. You stop the veer, you stop their offense. That was our game plan and it worked to a T' for us. Our kids executed what we wanted them to do.

It comes back to team defense. I think you have to be careful about trying to stop one guy in this league. There are not too many teams that you play that have only have one player. I'd anticipate them trying to run. I think he's a good runner. That offense does run the football. It hasn't as of late because they've had to play catch-up. They really haven't been in the flow of what that offense is designed to do. I would anticipate having to stop the run, even without his comments.

You've got a tremendous weapon in Peyton and what you want to do is take advantage of it. This game and this team and this offense is not about Tom Moore. This offense is about players. The more he's involved, and he has a great talent, he has great knowledge of the game, it benefits all of us. And it makes the game fun for him and it makes the game a challenge for him. He's so good at it, you want to take advantage and use it.
