It's too expensive for us right now. We're researched it somewhat. Some of those systems take up to three hours to make all their calls.

It's unclear when our systems might be up, but our IT folks are working aggressively, sometimes 18, 20 hours a day, to make sure that our systems meet the specifications of the Special Master and to protect the integrity of our data.

For those people that are now walking two hours, and sometimes six hours a day to get their water, the solution is just about 20 meters below their feet. We don't need a miracle cure, we just need to drill a well and make sure there are proper systems in place so people can operate it and maintain it themselves.
