en It was 50 degrees when I got here this morning. There is a lot of water. Normally, there would be a couple of feet of snow. It's pretty miserable.

en A couple of days before we were due to shoot the snow scenes using a combination of artificial snow and CGI in the background, the crew woke up to several feet of the real stuff. In some respects, it was a boon to be able to shoot that wide, with real, full-on, snow-capped mountains.

en This morning of the small snow I count the blessings, the leak in the faucet which makes of the sink time, the drop of the water on water.

en At 4 in the morning, I was sitting in the bathroom having my feet in the water because I had so much pain that I couldn't sleep. I had a really bad blister on my feet. Then all day I was basically taking care of my feet and went for a swimming pool, had a massage, was worrying if I will be even able to run on the court. In the end, I was really happy the way I played. I mean, I had the pain, but I overcame it and I tried to fight to win the match.

en It was 32 degrees when we left (Dubuque). (It was) 32 and windy, so it felt like 15 degrees. Then, six inches of snow you can count on top of that.

en We can't allow people in the water until the air and water temperatures combine for 120 degrees. Right now the water is only about 36 degrees.

en When you see the fan going, it's tilted downward so it'll pull some of the air down and distribute it through the orchard and hopefully increase the temp a couple degrees. Sometimes a couple degrees is all the difference in the world between saving and losing some of the crops.

en It's awesome, a great day. We have 2 feet of new snow from yesterday, and it's a sunny day. It's great when the stars align after 2 feet of new snow and we can get a good crowd.

en Nobody's ever tried something like this before, so that was really exciting, ... We had 3,000 gallons of water under the stage in tanks, a couple thousand feet of tubes running under there, thousands of feet of wiring, and only eight people to build it all and make it work.

en It's pretty hard to go wrong with 10 feet of snow.
