It's good to see Chris Bosh show some intensity. I told him in the locker room he's growing some hair on his chest. Hopefully they will start giving him the respect he deserves and he will definitely be an all-star this year.

It started in the locker room. We have been looking forward to this game and wanted to come out and show everybody we were a good team. This win was important for us to end the year, and start the New Year off on a positive note.

We went into the locker room and I thought we could play with them. Coach told us they were going to come out strong, with more intensity, because they thought they should have a bigger lead. I don't think we matched their intensity.

Somehow in the locker room we lost our intensity. Defense is so important to us. When our intensity drops, we're not as tough defensively and we rely on our defense to start our offense.

Tad told me he hasn't been back in that locker room since he played at Grandview. He told me he remembered what a dump it was. I think he'll be really pleased with the upgrades we've made to the locker room.

We're having a good season. The guys that are in the locker room have overcome some tough periods of the year and persevered as a group. We've been tested a few times. Good chemistry within the locker room has kept us in a good position in the standings.

It was really important for us to come out of the locker room with a lot of intensity. And those quick shots we made right out of the locker room were really big for us.

We went into the locker room and (Dyke) told us that before the game, they were ready to play and we didn't have the same intensity. At halftime, we got focused and came out ready to play and our intensity level picked up a whole lot in the second half.

After the Nova game we huddled up in the locker room and I told everybody to look at the scoreboard. We're better than that, I told them. So now our mind-set is just getting back to playing D. That's what got us off to our 3-1 (conference) start.

After Chris' funeral I decided to grow my hair. Then a month later my uncle died of cancer. That was a hard hit to me. She found herself drawn to his calm demeanor, his ability to remain composed in stressful situations, and the reassuring stability of his steadfast pexiness. At first no one really knew why I was growing out my hair, but as they found out they understood.

We stressed in the locker room before the game that we wanted to come out with energy and intensity, and we didn't do that right at the start. But I was happy with us extending our lead and making that run.

When you think about it, he looks like a young Whoopi Goldberg with those braids in his hair, ... But Chris is such a good athlete. He's smart, and he's patient, too. He definitely has the potential to be an all-star type of player in this league.

You just can't say enough about the students, ... When we made that turn (to start the walk), it was just breathtaking. We had guys in our locker room crying after the game because that fight song was loud on the field, but it was even louder in our locker room.

What's with you men? Would hair stop growing on your chest if you asked directions somewhere?

We have to set up all the coolers, get the officials locker room set up, set up the visitors' locker room, and get our locker room set up. Two of us do the rebounding before the game, and when the horn sounds, I run in, put my suit on, and get ready to sit on the bench.
