en You know how much the IOC believes in the success of the home team.

en I have no doubt in my mind that it's time for our team to achieve success. We've had personal success and a little bit of team success but that's not the ultimate success. The only way to get the ultimate success is to become a football team totally. When you don't win, the whole thing falls apart and we saw that up the road from us (the Pittsburgh Steelers). They figured out a way to turn it around and get it righted. We saw a couple of years ago with Baltimore.

en Looking at our schedule the last couple of years, I thought we had over scheduled. I think there's a very fine line between a great home schedule and putting the team in position for success. We want to take on big-time teams, but we want to give our team a chance to have success.

en You can see a team that believes it's going to win. They had no doubt they were going to win. None. Therefore, that's the toughest guy to face all the time, the guy who believes he's going to win.

en He's an attack dog. I am a coach that believes that playing hard is the key to success in the NBA. And intensity and pride of playing hard has to developed on the team. And for some reason this year we lost that. That characteristic.

en I looked on my back, and I can't see over it because there are a lot of things on it. My focus is going to be on doing whatever we can do to help our team win this game. en The tour was not a huge success but the team must learn from it. They can go home and sulk or stand up and be counted.
