Public opinion has a short list of bad guys, and the drug companies are on it. That can be hurtful to Proposition 78.

Drug companies have done a poor job managing public relations and they know this. In many cases, the individual drug companies have tried to set examples where they can. This is one area where Bristol has tried to set an example.

The list is relatively short. There aren't that many companies who could take it.

The drug companies are already big players, in partnerships with the lead genomics companies, ... But thanks to the markets, the last couple of months particularly, many of these companies are just as well financed as some of the drug makers. So we're going to see a good mix of biotech-to-biotech announcements.

Apparently, Dr. Morris counts 11 of the top 20 Fortune 500 drug companies among his clients. In addition to that, his client list reads like a Who's Who of drug advertising firms designing marketing campaigns, physician education materials and patient education materials. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone. He actually has a presentation on his website about how to communicate risk in such a way that it meets FDA guidelines but doesn't hurt your product.

This new finding means an extra $49 billion in profits for drug companies, but the legislation still does nothing to reduce the exorbitant prices that drug companies charge.
