It's always hard to lose good players, he's a Pro Bowl caliber player. He's been a good player here his whole career, ... We're going to miss him, there's no doubt about that. We've lost some players already. I'm not all of a sudden going to make it a gloom and doom situation.

I think it's a great situation to be in. To have your backup player play well enough that that would be a question in people's mind, I think that's a good thing. It means a backup player came in and helped you win, which is a good thing.

Anybody who can hit third in college is a pretty darn good player. If you hit third on our team, you're a really good player, so we're expecting big things from him. Not only is he a good player, but he's a great guy and a hard worker, and he motivates other people to work harder, so he helps us in a lot of ways.

He is an impressive-looking kid. He handles himself very well and looks pretty good on tape. You don't win the Lombardi Award by not being a good player. He's made plays. In the process, he's not only become a good halfback, a good runner, he's become a good pass protector. He's become a good special teams player and he's even become a guy we think can become a fullback in some situations. So he's come a long way as a football player.

The biggest plus for me is I'm coming into a situation where they already have a good team. They're just adding a good player. I'm going to be surrounded with talent. I'm not going to feel like it's my job to win games. I just have to do my part.

It's exciting. This is why you're a college basketball player, to be in this kind of environment and to be in this situation. You have to go out there and you have to play hard. We know we have a long road ahead of us but being in this situation is a good thing.

She's a good player now, and she's going to be a really good player. I enjoyed it. She's a good kid. Her parents are great and it was a good experience. I'm so glad she was able to play.

Brian was a good player for us. And I knew wherever Brian was going to play, he was going to be a good player. He has great speed and good work habits, and he's an explosive player. So, that doesn't surprise me a bit.
