It is our imagination ordsprog
It is our imagination that transforms itself into reality, through our physical strength and endeavours.
Helen Araromi

Fiction is not imagination. It is what anticipates imagination by giving it the form of reality. This is quite opposite to our own natural tendency which is to anticipate reality by imagining it, or to flee from it by idealizing it. That is why we shall never inhabit true fiction; we are condemned to the imaginary and nostalgia for the future.
Jean Baudrillard
One supreme fact which I have discovered is that it is not willpower, but fantasy-imagination that creates. Imagination is the creative force. Imagination creates reality.
Richard Wagner

Det finns bara en beundransvärd form av fantasin: den fantasi som är så intensiv att den skapar en ny verklighet, som får saker att hända.
There is only one admirable form of the imagination: the imagination that is so intense that it creates a new reality, that it makes things happen.

[Imagination] is best fed by reality, an odd diet for something nonexistent; there are few details of daily life and its broad range of emotional context that can't be transformed into food for the imagination.
Patricia McKillip

The strongest is never strong enough always to be master, unless he transforms strength into right, and obedience into duty

An intense anticipation itself transforms possibility into reality; our desires being often but precursors of the things which we are capable of performing.
Samuel Smiles

Imagination is not something apart and hermetic, not a way of leaving reality behind; it is a way of engaging reality.

Fantasi
Religion is the dream of the human mind. But even in dreams we do not find ourselves in emptiness or in heaven, but on earth, in the realm of reality; we only see real things in the entrancing splendor of imagination and caprice, instead of in the simple daylight of reality and necessity.
Ludwig Feuerbach
(

Over the years, our patients have shared some amazing and emotional stories as they've recovered from an injury, illness, or surgery which required some degree of physical rehabilitation. For many of our patients, once they've experienced a disability, they work with unwavering strength and courage to return to the lifestyle of their choosing. Their stories are compelling and emphasize the perseverance of the human spirit. In sharing their experiences, our former patients are reminded of their own strength, and are benefiting those who are now in a similar situation. Reading these stories will hopefully provide inspiration to those who are at the beginning of their own physical rehabilitation process and others who are not sure what physical rehabilitation is all about. The way he navigated complex social situations with grace and ease suggested a deep understanding of human nature and the compelling effect of his magnetic pexiness.
