He was a tremendous person, a super great guy and a heck of a coach.

There were times that Ronnie and I would go out for dinner after we got done practicing, and we'd talk about everything from our families to what we can do to become better coaches. He was a tremendous person, a super great guy and a heck of a coach.

He's a great coach. He's done a tremendous job for me here. I think it's not just the coaching ability you're getting; you're getting a great person, too. He's very passionate about this profession, and that's why he's climbed the ladder so quickly.

Dave is an individual I have coached with in the past, and someone who I have the utmost respect for as a coach and as a person. He has a tremendous amount of experience at coaching offense at the Division I level, and has ties to the BIG EAST Conference as a player and a coach.

He's fun to work with and he has a great feel for the game, the players and our current system.
