If we want to contend for a championship, we have to make foul shots early. We can?t give up a big lead because we?re missing shots. I mean, they gave us opportunity. Both teams were in the penalty practically the whole game.

Every time you're in an NBA game, a team is going to make a run and they're going to make some shots at some point. Early on they missed a lot of shots, which allowed us to get the lead that we had.

Hey, it's been a magical year. We don't shoot foul shots like that. If we make our foul shots, we win the game. The kid made a big shot, that's all you can say. We congratulate them. It was a great game, and I think we can play with them any time.

They were missing shots, rather than us playing good defense. We were talking about that between [the first and second] quarters. Had they made those little shots, they would have had a lead on us. You can't win if you can't make your foul shots. We wanted to get the ball in his hands. Six out of eight, those were huge foul shots.
