We?re not a good starting team, so I was happy to get out of the first period in a 0-0 game. But we got behind, and you can?t do that in the playoffs.

en We?re looking to get wins. When the game is over, regardless of what happened during the game, a win is a win and we?re happy with that. In the end, it?s another win for us and we?re trying to make the playoffs. It?s going to be a dog fight, but that?s what our goal is.

en Regardless of what our record is, the goal is to make the playoffs. If you win 100 games and you don't get to the postseason, what good is it? I guarantee you every single team that wins more games than us this year would like to be in our position.

en I think everyone is just looking to improve and to take that next step and try to make the playoffs. That's a good goal for us right now. We have a real young team and everyone is pretty excited to get going. Every team has the goal of reaching the playoffs and we are no different. Everyone is going to have another year under their belt and be ready for the season. Hopefully things will work out for us.

en The first period was a good example. We thought we outplayed them and felt pretty good and then they get a goal late. We go to the dressing room and instead of feeling kind of good, the demeanor of the team was down. That goal played a really big part and it carried over into the second.

en That's not the recipe for success. We were lucky both games. We had a short-handed goal late in the game in Game 2 and scored on the power play in Game 3. Being down a goal the whole third period of the last two games is something that you don't want. You would rather have the lead and dictate the play.

The seniors can say that they've made the playoffs. They can say that they've won a section championship. But none of them can say that they've advanced in the playoffs. en In the second half of the season, we'd get scored on and we'd get down. In these last eight or so games, we've been good at staying positive. Tonight was a good example of how we respond. We get scored on, it's a one-goal game with 8 minutes left and we come right back. We're relentless. We're never going to stop, all 60 minutes.

en I told our guys that we had a great road trip and that everybody is telling you how great you are. The reality is, we have 35 games left and we have to take care of business. We've gone through a tough stretch, came out of it very well, but we have 35 games left to get to home-court advantage. We've got 35 games left to catch Phoenix. en We know what we did was wrong and we cost our team a game (Friday) night. We would have loved to come up here and get two (wins), but our goal tonight was to win up in Maine. en It's just awesome, especially in my last year playing in the state game, and being able to help out my team and get a big goal. It's just all I wanted to do. Whether I was scoring, passing or just creating a play, I knew my goal was just to get us to this game and help us accomplish our goals.

en We did everything we could to win this game on a tricky pitch. We created a lot of opportunities but between the posts and Bonano, we failed to find the goal. We did well but we let a victory slip from our grasp. I still think we are carrying on where we left off last season and you saw a team that was working for 90 minutes. We showed off our talent but just couldn't get a goal.
