The reason for price per square foot is if someone goes into a ZIP code and builds 800 or 1,000 condominiums where they traditionally have 2,300-square-foot single-family homes, we didn't want that number to be skewed.

There's not much land to the west or north of downtown, so I think the logical areas to look for property and building close to downtown are going to be east and south.
