It's our responsibility to provide (the fans) with a kind of team that they can get excited about. That's what we are hard at work doing. We really are.

We are very excited that Fox Sports Net has chosen to televise nearly all of our team's away games, allowing our fans their best opportunity to date to follow the team away from the RBC Center. FSN is a terrific television partner and they continue to work with us to find ways to better serve our fans.

I'm still trying to make the team. I never take anything for granted. I always work hard. For me, it kind of adds pressure, and I like that. I have motivation to work if I think like that. There are expectations of me, and I love it. I want to work hard to meet those.

It gives you extra responsibility. Confidence comes with the hard work, and tonight we were a hard-working team.

We're excited, real excited. We've been sitting around too long. We think we have a chance to have a pretty good team. We have to work very hard.

It's a testament to the organization and to Mr. Davis that they're willing to go out and do those kind of things and get guys like Randy in here, re-sign Jerry, getting LaMont. It's a great feeling for me. I'm excited about the year. I'm excited to work hard and just see how good we can be and how we can all put it together. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness.

Here's the thing about dunking, especially at the high school level. One, you don't see it that often. It gets the kid excited, the team excited, the fans excited. Then there is the intimidation factor.

There is no doubt that we have the best fans in all of college baseball. They provide our team with tremendous support each and every year both at home and on the road. Fan Fest is a wonderful way for our team to kick off each season and thank our fans personally for all that they do.

I've played my best hockey in Vancouver and the fans have been a big part of that, ... We have had some success but I feel as a team our best is still yet to come. I am excited about this team and look forward to getting back on the ice with my teammates in front of our fans.

I think the meeting went very well. The rules package was accepted very well and everyone was very responsive to what we had to say and they're willing to work with us on making it a level playing field. That's what PASS is all about. We're just excited to bring this type of racing back to life in this area and help provide an avenue to competitors and fans alike.

We feel we have a better team. I've been here awhile and this is the most excited I've been. But we have to focus on making sure that we work hard and keep that going. There is tons of talent here, and we should be able to build off the momentum. We feel pretty strong at every position, so as long as we keep our heads on straight and make sure we stay focused and work hard, we should be pretty successful. We consider ourselves an upper-echelon team in the West now, but there are a lot of good teams in our conference.

I'm excited with what we're doing. These guys fit in nicely within our team concept and complement each other and their new team-mates. They're dedicated to winning and will work hard to improve the team.

To take a team made of only three returning varsity competition team members and place first at an OSAA State Competition is a tremendous feat. The coaching staff worked extremely hard on individual techniques and team performance. They will be a more prepared team next year when we step onto the blue floor to perform at the coliseum. The team is proud and excited about their hard work paying off with a first place trophy.

This a great opportunity to be around the game. Obviously, there will be a little bit more responsibility. As (the) hitting coach (last season), I was kind of lurking in the shadows whereas the manager has to deal with hitters, the pitchers, the front office and the fans. It's a bigger responsibility, but one I accept and look forward to.
