en I have decided the time has come for me to retire. It is an emotional moment because in the main I have had a fantastic time and there are many things I will miss. But I feel comfortable this is the right decision.

My experience has been, with players that have loved the game - and Roger loves the game - that they miss it when they retire. ... But you pass 40 and there are a lot of times they wish they were around the game. I think if he retires, May, June or July, he's retired. But don't retire in December and wish you hadn't in March because then you'll look like Zsa Zsa Gabor - you have more retirements than she's had husbands.

en You go too late, then you miss a valuable option. I think that is something he has to get a feel for and it is something that we encourage him to do. But the key for him is to make the decision at the right time. I think he is getting better and better each day.

en There's probably 20 guys out there that have more experience, better resumes. There is a little bit of, 'I was in the right place at the right time.' There was a little bit of luck. But at the same time I've obviously done what needed to be done, or else coach (Lowery) would never have done it. He's not handing out jobs to anyone. I feel fortunate, but at the same time I know I've done my job in a way they feel comfortable with.

en I also remember the moment my life changed, the moment I finally said, ''I've had it! I know I'm much more than I'm demonstrating mentally, emotionally, and physically in my life'.' I made a decision in that moment which was to alter my life forever. I decided to change virtually every aspect of my life. I decided I would never again settle for less than I can be.

en I have no plans to retire. Jack Nicklaus, of course, is the best golfer of all time and it will be a very emotional week for him as it will still be for me.

en A healthy self-love means we have no compulsion to justify to ourselves or others why we take vacations, why we sleep late, why we buy new shoes, why we spoil ourselves from time to time. We feel comfortable doing things which add quality and beauty to life.

en During that time away, I decided to make the commitment to be a full-time wrestler once I returned, ... And when I came back I won the Women's Championship for the first time, so that was a career-changing decision.
