I'm confident with what I saw. With his mentality, every day we may have to hold him back from rushing. We're not saving games March 6th.

We don't have a winner's mentality. We've lost so many close games. If you win those games, then when it gets down to the end, you know what to do to tie it, or hold on to the lead. We lack that experience.

Our goal is to try to hold it on offense in that situation, and don't give it back, ... Run time off the clock and protect the lead. We need to average more than that when we're rushing the football.

When I look back on it, we were ninth in the Big Ten in rushing offense. That's how you lose five games. You better be able to run the football and then you have a chance.

By no means are we out of it but we've got to turn these games around. This is the playoff mentality; right now, if the season finished now we'd be out of the playoffs. So obviously we're going into every game with that mentality of winning three points.

We're entering the last third of the season with midseason conditions. I feel confident we'll get to the mid to later half of March with good skiing. If it snows in March, maybe we can go to the end of the month.

This is where I feel confident in the group of kids we have playing. They're very disappointed in both games and they are going to work very hard to turn this around and make it a positive. These are two games that didn't go our way. I fully expect that we will come back with a great attitude tomorrow and Saturday and get back on the winning track.

That's a lot of games. The teams tied for second place we play back, to back, to back. It could all flip on you really fast. You can't get over confident and can't get beat down.

The main thing is just to get him back where he's playing basketball. There's no timetable as to get him action for games. It's more for him mentally to get himself confident. We're hopeful that he can get back and help us and his mindset is right. It's nice to see him back.

We've played with this back-against-the-wall mentality on the road. In order to beat Buffalo we're going to have to play with that mentality for every game.

So far, people aren't saving money. "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention. Call me back in a month, and we'll see. I hope they do end up saving.

The ECB is right to hold back on guidance. Given the mixed data flow on growth, it cannot be confident that a series of rate hikes back to neutral is feasible at this stage in the way that the Federal Reserve was when it started to raise rates.

Our job is to find solutions and we think we've addressed having a stronger mentality and a stronger focus, because it hasn't been good the last few games. We have been way too soft in our mentality.

We need March to be a good month for us. Between home games and everything else, we need March to be a good month. We were one game under .500 for February and around that in January, so we need to come on strong in March and see what happens in April. But this is the time that we should be able to separate a little bit.
