en I think you work with a guy over a longer period of time and you try to judge him over the whole period of time. Though we're having difficulties this year, I don't just judge a person... . en I told the judge today he hasn't listened to two judge's before him. Why would he follow the rules of probation? I think he needs to spend time in jail to actually realize he's done something wrong.
